Quick tip on ACM DL PDF when your browser crashed or you restart your PC and you want to access the PDF again.

For example, this is the PDF link that you opened, but after you restart your browser, it will show unavailable, and you don't remember what was the paper about.

Just copy out the red part, type the url below, and append the red part at the end, then reload.
